You didn't hear the music from the roadway but as you walked closer to the entrance you were able to hear and smell the likes of a real backyard fete going to take place.

The delicious cuisines were provided by local restaurants and of course
D’Savannah Barr. The musical lineup came later on which included the talents of Ravi B., Shal Marshall, Blaxx, Super Jigga TC, Mr. Nutron, Brooklyn entertainer Lyrikal and Benjai!

Caribbean Socialites Blossom at Sugarcane's Memorial Sunday Soiree

Caribbean Socialites on the red carpet at Blossom
On Memorial SundayCaribbean Socialites attended an upscale soiree, BLOSSOMhosted by Charmaine Gumbs. This event brought out the most elite of Caribbean party goers. Even though weather wasn't playing “Mr. Nice Guy” and seemingly enough almost felt as though “Ole Man Winter” was also attending the party, which did not stop anyone from stepping out in their best threads.  The ambiance was breathtaking, filling the air with nothing but sophistication and delectable aromas. Floral arrangements and drapery, gave it a dreamy feel and almost euphoric. The DJs knew exactly what the crowd wanted to hear. The music had party goers in a frenzy and at times, singing loudly to songs being played.

Stemming from a corporate background, then going into entrepreneurship, she knows exactly how to execute what the public demands. There was Caribbean Cuisine along with International dishes such as Tandoori chicken and geera pork. Long lines of people were patiently waiting to taste these savory foods.

Fashionable attendees crossed our Carpet with nothing but compliments and smiles implying how ecstatic they were to be there. They were proud to flaunt their looks and poses. BLOSSOM was a hit indeed. It hints that we’re on our way to a most pleasurable summer.
